New to Pilates? Start here. P1 Intro is a beginner-friendly class on the Reformer where our instructors walk you through the fundamentals — proper form, spring settings, and basic movements — so you feel confident from day one.
Build your foundation on the Reformer. P1 1.0 focuses on core strength, body alignment, and controlled movement — the principles that make Pilates one of the most effective workouts for every body type and fitness level.
More advanced than P1 1.0. P1 2.0 builds on your foundational skills with increased resistance, more complex movement patterns, and a greater emphasis on precision and control throughout the full body.
More advanced than P1 2.0. P1 3.0 is our highest level Reformer class, challenging your strength, stability, and endurance with advanced sequences and movement combinations.
Take your cardio to the Reformer. P1 Jump uses the jump board to deliver a low-impact, high-energy workout that fires up your legs, glutes, and core while keeping your joints protected throughout.

Classic Pilates using your body weight and a yoga mat. P1 Mat focuses on core stability, flexibility, and controlled movement — a perfect complement to your Reformer practice or a great standalone workout.
